Our client feedback is essential to our operation.  We don't ask for feedback when we know it is going to be good, we ask for it on each and every cleaning that we perform.  In fact, we make a charitable donation for every feedback form that we receive.  We post positive feedback on our office display board for everyone to see and we quietly and confidentially discuss the negative feedback to enhance performance and focus on potential training weaknesses.

She came out and gave us a quote which was a little higher than what I had been paying, however, they weren't doing a very good job so I figured it would be worth it if they actually did what they claimed. I have had the service for 2 weeks now and am very pleased. They did an excellent job, and all in the family are very happy. In fact, this last week I forgot which day the cleaning was and left the house in a total mess. Everything was straightened up (which they don't normally have to deal with) and they still did as good of job with the entire house cleaning. "Packing and hauling away the contents of an extremely cluttered, fairly large basement. Items ranged from small art supplies to electronics to small furniture; all sorts of knick-knacks and odds-and-ends. The basement is fairly large and a good portion of it was taken up by items that had become useless to us. Now, we have a huge area that we can really use. In addition to removing 95% of the contents, I needed to keep a small portion. In spite of limited instruction from me, what was left behind was exactly what I needed. This company truly cared to make sure they did the job well and sincerely care about a customer's needs."

"My basement was extremely cluttered after serving as a depository for 5 years for all sorts of out-of-use or infrequently used household items, art supplies, toys, old clothing, files, window blinds, office supplies, books, paperwork, Christmas decorations, what have you. It was a mess. The handyman division of More Time For You gave me an hourly quote and came at a time completely convenient for me. By the time I came home that day, everything that was supposed to go was gone! And there was not a scrap of debris was left behind to indicate that someone was here to clean away what was a pretty colossal mess. After clearing away and hauling away the multitude of items, my basement was thoroughly swept. This particular job wasn't on the company's roster of regularly performed services.
