Painting Services is pleased to offer professional painting services. We
began this service to respond to the needs of many of our satisfied
residential cleaning clients. Painting services complement many of our other timesaving services. The selection of a professional painting contractor can be a very time consuming chore. We hope we can eliminate that task for you. If you don't have the time or the desire to paint, then we can help. We aren't a low cost provider and we don't take short-cuts. We cater to the household that appreciates fine craftsmanship and desires a company that is committed to consumer satisfaction and is a member of a professional contractors associations (NARI). Some of the projects we can assist you with include: · Residential Projects · Interior & Exterior Finishing · Deck Restoration & Finishing Whatever your needs we can either provide or arrange for them. Our PromisesHere are our painting promises and what you can expect. Your interior painting will begin on an agreed upon date. You will receive our GUARANTEED completion date on all interior jobs that are initiated with us. We will deduct $25.00 for each and every business day we exceed our promised delivery date. If we pass our guaranteed completion date, you will need to notify us in writing that we have gone past our completion date. You will also need to inform us of the total business days that we exceeded our completion date and clearly attest that More time for You was solely responsible for the delays. After you provide this information, we will then send you a credit adjustment for the $25.00 per business day adjustment. This guarantee does not apply to any projects which we may perform through a relationship with a General Contractor or through another third party. It also excludes any projects that are done in conjunction with any remodeling project.
Our "Painting Promise"
(Estimate) will clearly
describe what you are having us do, it will be in writing and may be sent via
email, hand delivered or mailed to you. Once we have started, we will keep you informed daily of the status and will notify you promptly of any changes or concerns that we may have. You will know when we are returning and we will be there when we say we will. Daily clean up and protection of your furnishings is expected and we will deliver. We use a ZipWall system that provides a dust and dirt protection barrier from room to room. This provides some nice protection on projects that require more extensive sanding or drywall maintenance.
We will protect your hardwood floors and carpet as well, using specially designed materials. Our process and plan is to enhance your property value and to take extra precautions to protect your assets. Your job is not complete until you are 100% satisfied. This is limited to the labor portion of the project and does not guarantee your satisfaction of the painting products or failure of any products that we may use. We promise that we will never intentionally dilute or tamper with the painting products that we use, so you will be covered by any warranty that the product manufacturer provides. You will never be charged more than our initial estimate, unless a "change form" has been provided to you and has been accepted by you. We may use sub-contractors in the normal course of our painting business. Why select More Time for You?

If you are not completely satisfied with the painting that we completed, you must first notify us in writing of the items that you are not pleased with along with the reason for your dissatisfaction.
